CHARTER Avante Partnership is stating that it is putting the
users of our services at the very centre of all that we do; working
in partnership with them to provide standards that are clearly
stated and understood by all of our customers and our staff.
The CUSTOMER CHARTER is there to inform and support all users of
our services; to know what standards they may expect from us and,
also, how they may help us to ensure that we understand how we may
respond better to their needs.
We welcome feedback, comments and ideas about our services.
