Governance and Management
As a registered charity (registration no 1002727) the work of the Avante Partnership is the responsibility of a Board of Trustees who give voluntarily of their time and expertise.
The Board is advised by Operating Boards and Committees to consider and advise them on the detail of our work. Individual Trustees also take a special interest in particular services and issues thereby maintaining a close involvement with our staff and community based services.
Responsibility for the day-to-day business of Avante is delegated to the Management Team who are supported by the Business Team comprising key operational managers. Our local managers regularly meet to coordinate the work of our services.
