Our residential care homes in the South East of England have strong community links that have been established over many years.
We provide long term care for older people, specialist care for older people with dementia, short term respite and rehabilitative care and/or with a mental disorder and day care.
Our Philosophy of Care is at the very heart of what we do, which is to provide elderly people not just with care facilities and ease the burden of relatives, but to engage with them and prevent boredom and loneliness. We encourage social activities and specialist interests so that residents can meet new people and make lifelong friends during their stay. For example throughout the year regular outings are arranged including the theatre, seaside day trips, shopping and bowling.
Avante Care and Support has a long and established track record in caring for older people who require 24-hour care due to physical frailty. We specialise in caring for people with dementia and we work in partnership with the Dementia Centre at Christchurch University Canterbury to provide specialist training to our staff from Professor Bill Lemmer and his team.
We have locations right across the South East of England which range from comfortable, state-of-the-art and newly built homes with all the latest facilities, to warm, rural and peaceful residences in beautiful rolling countryside. At Avante Care and Support all our food is fresh, prepared and catered for in house, providing high quality dining for our residents".
