Avante Care and Support, working in partnership with Bexley Council is building a brand new 80 bedroom care home on the Dovedale site. The existing care home has been closed and the new home will reopen in the Spring of 2011.
The new home has been designed to meet best practice in the care of people with dementia and has spacious en suite bedrooms arranged in suites of 20. Each suite has a separate lounge and dining room together with interesting social spaces and landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy.
In the central Piazza area there will be a café bar with Beauty suite and art therapy room.
