Domiciliary Care Services

Avante Care & Support provides domiciliary care and support in the South East to adults with disabilities and older people and assist them so they can remain living independently in their own home environment.

People wishing to remain at home may have high dependency needs and require domiciliary care services for many different reasons, from illness to simply finding some tasks too difficult to deal with.

We seek, at all times, to offer domiciliary care services that maintain your dignity, right of choice and independence.

Our services include:

  • Personal care including help with bathing, washing, toileting and dressing
  • Feeding / prompting to eat
  • Prompting medication
  • Assistance with specific needs such as catheter care
  • Practical support including shopping, domestic work and meal preparation
  • Supporting independent living
  • Escort to shops or attending appointments

If you need assistance with anything that is not shown here, please contact us and we will tailor a support package to suit your needs.

Our staff are trained to a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Care or an equivalent qualification and have undertaken police checks to ensure they are eligible to work in peoples' homes.
