Over the last few weeks, the south east has seen some of the worst weather conditions of the last 30 years. Throughout this extremely difficult time, our staff across ‘Avante Care and Support’ and ‘Stepahead Support’ have continued to provide high quality care and support services to over 4000 vulnerable people in Kent, Medway and south London.

After a fantastic fundraising effort, staff and service users from right across Avante Partnership finally raised £3020 for Breast Cancer Campaign’s ‘Wear it Pink’ day held last month. A series of fundraising events were held in offices, homes and services that put the ‘fun’ into fundraising!

09/11/2009Avante Partnership signs new Dementia Agreement
Kent based Avante Partnership, a leading south east provider of care and support to older people has signed a 3-year partnership agreement with Canterbury Christ Church University and national charity For Dementia to form ‘The Dementia Services Development Centre – South East’. The Development Centre will be one of a network of six dementia services development centres across the UK.
