Route 25
Route 25 is an innovative resource for vulnerable young people aged 8-20 and the agencies that work with them.
The project has been mainly funded by KCC and Stepahead Support, but developed in partnership with many other agencies, both statutory and voluntary. The aim of the project is to have a significant impact on the lives of young people in Shepway by creating opportunities to develop skills and overcome obstacles that hinder their participation and growth within their community.

Route 25 provides young people, and sometimes their families, with a friendly and welcoming place where, if they choose, they can gain support from Stepahead Support keyworkers and the several services and agencies working within the centre. These services are provided both informally and formally within the various settings of the centre.
To find out more about the services provided by Stepahead at Route 25 contact the Route 25 Team Manager on 01303 251835.
